Bakken
Klampenborg

Bakken is the Worlds oldest amusement park and is located on the outskirts of Copenhagen in Denmark. The park is home to an ecclectic mix of rides and attractions ranging from the modern to the old. In 2006 I was fortunate enough to be given a behind the scenes tour of Rutshebanen the parks Scenic Railway roller coaster built in 1932.

In 2009 Bakken opened an Intamin launched spinning coaster. A full park review and tour guide can be found here.
